This Smoked Salmon is produced for us by a company called 'Remember the Past,' a wonderful bunch of people dedicated to keeping traditional smoking methods alive and making quality produce. It comes long sliced, skin off, has no preservatives or colourings and is frankly extremely moreish.

It has a good fat content, and intense salmon flavour, underpinned with a light touch of smoke that doesn't dominate but compliments perfectly.

Selected from a vast offering of Smoked Salmon, we feel that this is the perfect one for our members. It is the finest Scottish sustainable salmon and is 100% natural.
